BRIAN BAGE

Brian has a well-rounded athletic background excelling in both individual and team sports. He played collegiate rugby and has coached high school wrestling for nearly a decade. His specialties are Sport, Strength and Conditioning, and Mobility. Some fun facts: He is married to his high school sweetheart and is a Licensed Landscape Architect.

JON SARTORS

Jon’s no noob when it comes to CrossFit. He’s been in the game for nearly a decade training and writing programming. In 2016 he took that passion for fitness and opened the doors of Eureka CrossFit to begin helping hundreds of people find a fun and safe place to create a healthier lifestyle.

SHANNON BAGE

Shannon loves people! Her fitness journey started as a grad student with running but was hooked on CrossFit from Day One. As a full-time working mom of two she’s been a great role model. Shannon is a great resource for running, mobility, aerobic capacity, and nutrition!

She loves long hikes in the wilderness, rope climbs, and coffee - in no particular order :)

TAMMY HUSMAN

Tammy took a liking to CrossFit right away and the comradery that drew her in is something she emphasizes in each of her classes. Her specialty here is with CrossFit Masters and scaling. A fun fact about Tammy and her husband Fred is they live on 7 acres with 4 dogs, 4 cats, 8 chickens, 2 mini horses, and 350,000 bees!

MARTY MURPHY

Marty is no stranger to fitness and training. Marty has been a strength coach for 16 years. He is a USA Weightlifting Coach and NCSF certified! He specializes in strength and aerobic capacity. Can you believe he’s eaten the same breakfast every day since he was 20 years old?

WILL STAMBERGER

Will is a deputy chief with the Eureka Fire Department and his desire to serve others shows through his coaching. He loves working with people whether novice or expert. Will’s expertise is functional training especially for aging athletes. He is also proud and fit vegetarian.

LATRISHA CALLAHAN

Latrisha comes with over a decade of personal CrossFit experience as both an athlete and coach. She’s developed and run multiple, successful CrossFit Kids programs. Outside of the gym she loves spending time with her husband, son, and daughter; and traveling to watch her son play baseball.

KAYLA O’DANIEL

Coach Kayla took the bull by the horns when she joined Eureka CrossFit. Ready for an opportunity to make an impact she completed her CF-L1 and ECF internship. Kayla has shown a love for the technical olympic lifts but just as much for our people. Outside of the gym she loves spending time with her family and doing all the fun St. Louis activities.
