Avocado Toast With Eggs

Serves 2

192 Cals. 18g Carbs, 11g Protein, 9g Fat (with Ezekiel bread). Sometimes simple is best!

Ingredients:

  • Two slices of toasted whole grain, sprouted grain, or gluten free bread

  • 1/3 avocado, smashed

  • 2 eggs, scrambled or sunny-side up

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • OPTIONAL seasoning: dash of chili powder, fresh chopped cilantro

Instructions:

1.     Top toast with smashed avocado and top with eggs. Sprinkle on salt, pepper, and optional seasoning.
