Avocado Toast With Eggs
Serves 2

Ingredients:
Two slices of toasted whole grain, sprouted grain, or gluten free bread
1/3 avocado, smashed
2 eggs, scrambled or sunny-side up
Salt and pepper to taste
OPTIONAL seasoning: dash of chili powder, fresh chopped cilantro
Instructions:
1. Top toast with smashed avocado and top with eggs. Sprinkle on salt, pepper, and optional seasoning.
