GROUP CLASS

Experience dynamic, one-hour sessions led by our expert coaches. Each class includes:

  • Dynamic Warm-Up & Mobility Drills

  • Skill Development & Strength Training

  • Workout of the Day (WOD): A mix of gymnastics, running, jumping, squatting, kettlebells, and Olympic weightlifting.

    Our workouts are constantly varied and scalable to all fitness levels, ensuring a comprehensive approach to health and performance.

NUTRITION COACHING

Fuel your body. Maximize your results.

Fitness starts in the kitchen. Our certified nutrition coaches work with you to build sustainable habits and create a plan that fits your goals and lifestyle by focusing on:

OPEN GYM

Take control of your training during our Open Gym hours. Perfect for:

  • Personal Workouts

  • Skill or Accessory Work

  • Making Up Missed WODs

While coaching is not officially provided during Open Gym, our facility offers the space and equipment you need to succeed. Please respect our equipment, clean up after use, and follow any posted guidelines.

HERO WOD & HYROX

Sunday FUNday! Join us every Sunday morning for our Hero WOD—

Honor the fallen and build resilience with our weekly Hero WODs, or prepare for your next HYROX competition with dedicated conditioning training.

Open Gym access is also available during this time so if there’s anything specific you want to do or work on this is a great time to do it!

WEIGHTLIFTING

Enhance your strength, power, and coordination in our Olympic Weightlifting classes. Ideal for all levels, these one-hour sessions focus on:

  • Certified weightlifting coaches

  • Technique Development

  • Snatch and Clean & Jerk Efficiency

  • Accessory work to optimize Strength and Mobility Training

  • Great for beginners or competitors

Our experienced and USAW coaches provide individualized attention to help you progress safely and effectively.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Achieve your fitness goals with personalized coaching tailored to your needs. Whether you're focusing on weight loss, technique improvement, or strength building, our certified trainers provide:

  • Customized Workout Plans

Choose from 30 or 60-minute sessions, available individually or in packages.

ECF JV

Designed for middle school students (grades 6–8), our ECF JV program emphasizes:

  • Fundamental CrossFit Skills

  • Engaging, Movement-Based Games

  • Real-time, Age-Appropriate Fitness Education by qualified professionals
