GROUP CLASSES

In its true definition CrossFit is “constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.” But, in its practical, everyday life application definition, it’s hands-on fitness at its finest.

Good CrossFit is where the coaches are experts in fitness and care about you and your fitness journey, and they invest themselves in helping you reach your goals. CrossFit is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. But, fair warning, once you try it, you may never want to go to the “other gyms” again!

WEIGHTLIFTING

At EurekaFit, we believe strength is for everyone—from first-time lifters to seasoned competitors, and from energetic kids to driven adults. Our Weightlifting program is led by certified USAW coaches who specialize in building explosive power, technical precision, and confident movement. Each one-hour class focuses on the Snatch or Clean & Jerk, paired with accessory work to boost mobility, coordination, and overall performance. Whether you're chasing a PR or just learning the ropes, you'll get individualized coaching in a supportive, no-judgement environment.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Working 1-on-1 with a coach is the quickest way to the results you want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program specifically for your current fitness level. Our Coaches will track your progress over the course of your sessions.

We recommend you take advantage of at least one Personal Training session per week along with your Group Classes to ensure maximum results.

NUTRITION COACHING

Real results start with what’s on your plate—and at EurekaFit, we make nutrition simple, sustainable, and personalized. Our certified nutrition coaches work one-on-one with you to build habits that fuel your body and support your goals, whether you're training hard, just getting started, or somewhere in between.

We take a holistic approach that goes beyond macros and meal plans. Together, we’ll create a strategy that fits your lifestyle, focusing on habit-building, stress management, sleep optimization, and movement integration. It’s not about restriction—it’s about empowerment.

YOUTH FITNESS

Our ECF JV program is built for middle schoolers in grades 6–8 who are ready to move, learn, and grow. Through fun, movement-based games and foundational CrossFit skills, we help kids build strength, coordination, and confidence in a way that feels exciting—not intimidating.

Led by qualified coaches who specialize in youth fitness, each session blends age-appropriate education with hands-on activity, creating an environment where kids of all abilities can thrive. Whether they’re brand new to fitness or already active, they’ll gain physical literacy, teamwork skills, and a deeper understanding of how movement supports their overall health.
