Every CrossFit class at EurekaFit follows a coach-led, intentional structure:

1. Warm-Up & Movement Prep
Prepare your joints, muscles, and nervous system for the workout.

2. Strength or Skill Work
Build strength and technique using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, or bodyweight movements.

3. Conditioning Workout
A short, effective workout designed to improve fitness — always scalable.

4. Coaching & Scaling
Every movement and load can be adjusted to your ability, experience, and goals.

You’re never left guessing — a coach is guiding you every step of the way.
