Pulled Chicken
Serves 6
This requires almost no prep time and can be made with whatever seasoning you like! Serve with some rice, beans, sautéed peppers, and avocado for a tasty taco bowl, or serve alongside a veggie and starchy carb.
Ingredients
2 pounds chicken breasts
3/4 cup water or broth
Flavoring Options:
BBQ: 2/3 cup favorite BBQ sauce
Taco: 1 can Rotel + 1 can diced tomatoes + 1 packet taco seasoning
Buffalo: 12 ounces Frank's Hot sauce
Instructions
Place chicken in a crockpot and pour flavoring choice ingredients plus water over the chicken breasts. Mix so chicken breasts are evenly covered.
Cook on low for 6 hours
Shred with forks.
