Iced Coffee Protein Smoothie

Serves 1

250 Cals. 33g Carbs, 25g Protein, 4g Fat. Want to get some coffee and protein in before your workout but struggle to eat a whole meal? This is a great, SIMPLE way to get everything you need first thing in the morning.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups ice

  • 1 banana

  • 1 ½ cups refrigerated brewed coffee

  • 1 scoop chocolate, caramel latte, or fresh cinnamon roll protein powder (your preference)

  • ½ cup milk of choice (OPTIONAL if you prefer a creamier coffee! Almond, coconut, soy, oat, or dairy)

Instructions:

1.     Add ice to blender and use “crush” setting if using cubes (just a few seconds)

Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth
