Scrambeled Eggs For The Week

98 Cals. 0g Carbs, 12g Protein, 5g Fat (no optional ingredients). We’ll never stop emphasizing the importance of meal prepping! Make these super quick eggs that will provide a nutritious breakfast all week long. Add a topping or two or eat with whole wheat toast.

Ingredients:

  • 6 whole eggs + 12 egg whites (or 1 ¼ cup liquid egg whites)

  • Salt to taste

Optional Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chopped tomato

  • 1 cup shredded cheese

  • ½ cup chopped onions

  • ½ cup chopped bell pepper

  • 2 cups chopped spinach

Instructions:

1.     Spray large pan with non-stick spray.

2.     Beat eggs and egg whites. Add to pan.

3.     Scramble eggs until just barely cooked through.

4.     Divide eggs evenly into 6 lidded containers.

5.     Top with any combination of optional ingredients if desired (divided across containers).

6.     In the morning, heat in microwave for 30 – 45 sec.
