What Is Bring A Friend Week?

Bring A Friend Week is a special event where guests can attend unlimited classes for an entire week, completely free.

Here’s what you get:

  • Attend as many classes as you want, February 1–7

  • Professional coaching every class

  • Workouts scaled and modified to your level

  • A friendly, non-intimidating atmosphere

You’ll train alongside real people of all ages and fitness levels—because that’s what CrossFit actually looks like.


New to CrossFit? You’re in the Right Place.

You do not need to:

  • Be in shape

  • Know CrossFit movements

  • Lift heavy weights

  • Keep up with anyone else

You do need:

  • Comfortable workout clothes

  • A willingness to try

  • One hour

Our coaches handle everything—warm-ups, movement instruction, scaling, and encouragement.

What to Expect in a Class
