MEMBER SUCCESS MANAGER & COACH
About the role
The Member Success Manager is a group class Coach and the person who makes sure every member’s experience matches that promise. You’ll guide people from their first conversation with us through their first six months and beyond. You’ll help them start strong, notice when they drift, and celebrate the moments that matter.
This is a people-first role that blends relationship building, sales, community and coaching. If you love CrossFit and you’re the person who remembers everyone’s name, their goals and their kid’s soccer schedule, keep reading.
What you’ll do
● Welcome new members. Be the first point of contact for new inquiries, lead intro consultations and help people get off to a confident start.
● Guide the first six months. Check in at key milestones, notice who’s thriving and who needs a nudge, and connect new members with the community.
● Keep members engaged. Reach out when someone drifts, and handle pause and cancel conversations with honesty and care.
● Celebrate our people. Recognize milestones, plan community events and turn happy members into our best referrals.
Every outreach in this role is personal. Our systems tell you who to contact and when; the words are yours.

● Full-time, about 40 hours a week
● Includes coaching 5-10 group classes a week
● Some Saturdays and evenings for coaching or community events
